Every person has innate strengths that have helped them navigate life. The same strengths that have helped us cope and survive can become less than helpful, causing turmoil in our lives. We will explore where you came from, who you are, and where you want to go. This is the blueprint in building a life that matters to you. This may be different from what others want, and that is okay.

I provide therapy for people and/or their loved ones experiencing difficulty coping with mood related issues. We will work together to find realistic and down to earth ways to live and navigate life with less struggle. We will go beyond canned mantras and find ways to incorporate tools you can actually use.

Together, we will look at what you want most in your life and how to get you moving toward it.

As part of the LGBTQ community, I understand that having a safe place to speak, share hopes, aspirations, anger, life experiences, and dreams in an affirming space is the basis for a place where growth and healing can happen. Although this is not a unique need, with this identity can come unique experiences when navigating the world. Mental health symptoms and risks are high within the LGBTQ community and getting help can make a big difference.
