Healing and Finding Your Personal Strength

Find the strengths you already have and use where you have been, who you are, and where you are going to build a life that matters to you.

You and others find that there are certain things that can set you off. Sometimes you don’t expect yourself to react the way you do. Thoughts from your past seem to come up at unexpected times and it’s frustrating. The memories you hold do not have to continue to run your daily life. Experiencing trauma can lead to anxiety and depression and even affect relationships.

The thoughts and things that bring up strong reactions can lose their strength. When working together, you can expect that we will look at what you would like your life to look like, and what is most important to you. You will not be pressed for information that you do not want to give about the past.

Explore Ways to Lessen the Impact of Trauma

We will look at the patterns and things that cause you distress. Creating ways to cope with reactions and how to communicate needs to others when things become intense. Start exploring things that you enjoy and how you can start adding more of them into your life.
